All components are cut in house using an industrial grade cnc router. Made entirely from baltic birch which is one of the highest grade plywoods available. Every part receives roundover edges, sanding and then we Direct UV Print the graphics.

We source only exterior grade baltic birch which means the glue within was designed to handle exterior elements. Baltic birch utilizes more core layers than other plywood making it one of the most dimensionally stable on the market.
